Condition: item is from an Estate Sale out of Lima Ohio! Sign is Pre-Owned does have signs of wear scuff marks, scratches & rust but overall condition very Solid cast iron heavy duty.

It does have one hole in the middle that goes all the way through the sign. I also believe that part of the sign has been touched up/repainted but it has been done long ago so it is hard to tell what has been redone and what hasn't. Please ask any questions if needed.
