Vtg Mochi Signed Procelain Enamel Kitchen Table-retro/mcm-chrome Hairpin Legs

  

We have for sale this striking c. 1930's/1940's black and white procelain enamel top Mochi signed kitchen/dinette/breakfast table; the enamel is in excellent condition. The looped/hairpin style chrome legs add an interesting retro design touch. The enamel table top is in EXCELLENT condition.

The basic solid wood frame has been painted white with some black accents. The table has a single wooden drawer divided to hold utensils. Closed the table measures 24.5" wide x 39.5" long. Each leaf measures 10 wide and you can have just one table leaf open or both; the table leaves pull out and return to their starting position with a strong spring mechanism which is in great working order.

With BOTH leaves open the total width of the table is approximately 45. The enamel does not have any rust spots or damaged or missing pieces. There may be some minor surface scratches commensurate with age and usage but, overall the top is in truly exceptional clean condition given its age. The chrome hairpin legs are also in super condition; there may be some minor light pitting commensurate with age and usage but, they too are extremely clean and present beautifully.
