It is all original, has small areas of porcelain loss at top and bottom mounting holes and between the o &f in coffee. There is a drop of white paint on the C and along edges where painted around while on wall. The Thermometer appears to work. The back has a wood covering to protect the thermometer. 21" x 9" x 2.
