Antique Vintage O'neill Kewpie Bisque Doll Box Signed In Ink! 8 8 1/4

  

Beautiful antique Rose O'Neill Kewpie bisque doll with sticker that says H. Oa (Oa for Oakland, CA which opened in August 1929). There may have been a sticker on her chest too, because there's some paper and glue there.

This may have been a wedding Kewpie made for Capwell's as there are some I think homemade Kewpie paper decorations and a yellow rice filled satin boot and pink tissue stuffed with straw. AND she has the rare O'Neill mark signed in ink!

In fairly good antique condition. Her pink silk outfit in very tattered. The little pink pillow presents attached to her wrists are stuffed with cotton.

The back of her head has rough manufacturing flaws, a crack near one of her wing's, a slight chip on the top back of one of her arms and tiny chips on the back of her feet. She's also missing one white paint dot in her eye. A little restoration might be worth it since she's so rare.
