I will guarantee this sign to be real and from 1924. You can see on the back where they did a swatch of yellow and stamped the date in. This is true from most signs of this age. Please see all pictures for condition. This sign is in excellent shape for its age 90 years old. The colors are bright with no cracking or crazing. Obviously rusting near mounting holes. And I don't think they were mounting holes as one still has a bent over "nail" in that spot. Kind of like they were all welded to the sign then pushed or hammered into wall etc. This is one sign I hate to let go. Price is firm for now.
